General Terms and Conditions for the Cama Wine Shop Online Store
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions exclusively apply to all orders and deliveries through our online store. Deviating conditions from the buyer are not recognized unless we have expressly and in writing consented to their validity.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Our offers in the online store are non-binding and without obligation. The contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices
All prices in the online store are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs are indicated separately.
5. Delivery
Delivery occurs within the delivery time specified in the payment and shipping overview. If a product is not available, we will inform you promptly.
Shipping Information:
- Shipping Costs to Germany: Shipments up to 10kg cost 53 CHF.
- Shipping Time: Shipping occurs within 2-3 business days via Post or DHL.
- Shipping Costs within Switzerland: Shipping costs within Switzerland are 10.90 CHF up to 10kg, and shipping is carried out by Swiss Post.
- Delivery within Switzerland: Within a radius of 30 km, we deliver personally to our customers in the Bernese Oberland free of shipping costs as agreed upon.

6. Payment
Payment is made in advance, via Twint, credit card, or PayPal. In the case of advance payment, delivery is only made after payment receipt.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Liability for damages is limited to the value of the goods unless there is intent or gross negligence.

(2) Defect Identification: If a customer finds that a corked wine purchased from Cama Wine Shop is defective, it can be returned under the following conditions:
- The warranty period of two years has not yet expired.
- The customer reports the defect immediately after discovery to Cama Wine Shop and brings the affected bottle by or sends it back according to Cama Wine Shop's instructions.
- The bottle is at least 2/3 full.
- The defect can also be identified by Cama Wine Shop.
(3) Refund or Replacement: If the corked wine meets the above conditions and is confirmed to be defective, the customer can choose between a refund of the purchase price or a replacement with an equivalent wine.
(4) Processing: Cama Wine Shop will refund the purchase price or send the replacement wine after receiving the defective bottle and inspecting the defect.

10. Youth Protection Policy:
(1) We generally do not sell alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age.
(2) Youth protection is important to us. We go a step further to comply with our youth protection policy. New customers create an account with us once and must perform a one-time ID check to determine their exact age. The goods remain in the possession of Cama Wine Shop until the age check is successfully completed, and are only then shipped. After successful processing, the ID data is immediately deleted. This measure is solely for the purpose of determining whether the buyer is of legal age.
